Plan Sifter

Panesar Plan Sifter with Aspirator offers an excellent application for separating Nakku, lVlongra, Kinki, Rice Bran, Husk, Small Brokens and Full grains from the whole mixture of Rice coming out of Polishers/whiteners, The machine's efficient triple deck screen system with its variable stroke type eccentric drive system, is complemented by Pa nesar's highly developed pre and post suction system. Easy operation assuring nearly free from any technical and mechanical trouble. Compactness in size occupying small space for installation which makes possible the additional installation to any existing rice mill or the replacement of the old and deficient sieves with Panesar Plan Sifter with Aspirator. Inlet Optimal feed over the width of the machine is achieved by damper control. Pre-Suction With finely adjustable suction intake directly under the feed gate through the zig zag plates, the free bran and husk etc.are aspirated into a cyclone leaving lustrous shining on the grain and heavy aspirated material is discharged through the screens. The Screens The machine has triple decktype sieves. Each deck has single screen unit (Lx W= 6' x 4') and different screen mesh. The milled rice is fed to top screen and distributed uniformly over the full width of the screen surface and moved toward the discharge end. The rotory motion holds the grain Iayerin stratified floatation, thus letting the fine brokens and brewers quickly sink down against the screen mesh to pass through. The top screen holds up the head rice and brokens, generally sized over 1/4 and drops fine brokens and brewers. The mixture of head rice and brokens discharged from the surface of top screen is fed
